Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for repairing, diagnosing, and troubleshooting production machinery, specifically blow/filling/sealing/labeling machines that produce bottles filled with sterile saline solutions. The role involves working with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, setting up equipment, and documenting the production process extensively. Additionally, the technician will handle production line start-up and repairs, as well as preventative maintenance. Experience with PLC troubleshooting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Repair, diagnose, and troubleshoot production machinery

  • Work on blow/filling/sealing/labeling machines

  • Handle mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

  • Set up equipment and document production processes

  • Manage production line start-up and repairs

  • Perform preventative maintenance

  • Troubleshoot PLCs

  • 4+ years of maintenance experience in plastics, molding, or med/pharma industries OR 5+ years of process technician experience in the plastics industry

  • Machinery setup experience

  • Experience with documentation and protocols

  • 3+ years of blow fill seal machinery experience

  • Experience with setting up and independently running blow fill seal lines/equipment systems
