Kelly Science & Clinical has a position for a Clinical Outsourcing Assistant located near Lincolnshire, IL

Excellent opportunity if you are seeking a long term career path in Clinical!


This position is responsible for assisting the Team Lead- Outsourcing with identifying clinicians from client's local homecare network and assisting in identifying new homecare agencies.

This position is also responsible for processing clinician documentation, creating clinician files, processing all domestic homecare order processing through centralized order entry and tracking order fulfillment.

Responsibilities include maintaining a database of in-home clinicians; homecare agencies and staffing firms, participation in calls with preferred provider agencies.

  • Identify and establish relationships with homecare providers and secure necessary documents.

  • Follow up with homecare providers for outstanding agency/clinician documents.

  • Create and maintain internal files including clinician folders, CSM folders and CRM. Recording, filing, and tracking progress of order fulfillment

  • Receipt and input of new and updated Physician Order Forms (POFs).

  • Participate in Preferred Provider teleconferences / meetings as needed.

  • Adhere to specified timelines

  • Working with and keeping the study managers informed on a daily basis

  • Initial on-boarding of new clinicians for Client

  • Document vendor qualification, as needed.

  • Other duties as required

BS Degree in Science preferred or will consider relevant experience

Direct Hire

Salary: $36K-$40K
