As a Senior HR Generalist (HRBP) you will be the HR support for client group Leaders, Managers and Employees on organizational and employee matters, as well as provide coaching, your HR process expertise and work on other general HR activities. Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Focused on execution of standard enabling activities/provision of advice subject to policy and work routines within an enabling discipline. There may be some latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing situations.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • As a Senior HR Generalist (HRBP) You will mainly be responsible for Business Partnership for you client group in our Veresegyház repair facility, providing the full range of HR support from organizational to individual.

  • Your roles and responsibilities include collaborating with blue- & white-collar employees and mid-level managers to ensure the site has the necessary talent and skills to meet operational needs with a strong onsite presence.

  • You will work with employee relations issues to maintain a positive work environment in the factory and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

  • You will need basic understanding of key business drivers; use this understanding to accomplish your own work. Good understanding of how work of your own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.

  • You will have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework and will be required to resolve issues in situations that require good knowledge and judgment within established procedures.

  • You will work with HR metrics and analytics.

  • In GE we are continuously broadening our knowledge of theories, practices and procedures to execute functional policy/strategy; still developing functional knowledge and skills and this is what you will do too.

  • Your job requires very good interpersonal skills.

Required Qualifications

  • This role requires several years of experience in HR Generalist in manufacturing/factory/logistics environment.

  • Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college

  • Communicative level of written and spoken Hungarian language
