DESCRIPTION OF THE OFFER

Your responsibilities:

You are in charge of the entire accommodation part of the hotel. As number 3 in the hotel, you are a pillar in the management team.

Business leader and strategic define you, person on the ground and reference in all situations you are responsible for the development, the implementation of the necessary measures in order to contribute to the proper functioning of the room teams and to develop the quality of Service/product within the hotel.

In direct collaboration with all departments, you ensure the implementation of the strategy to be adopted according to the seasonality of the establishment while respecting the standards of the W brand.

Objectives, customer needs, selection of new Talents, satisfaction and commitment are key in your day to day, along with financial performance and control / maximization of income.

REQUIRED PROFILE

This role is for you if:

2-3 years of experience as Accommodation Director in a luxury hotel/resort

Extroverted with a strong ability to develop and retain a demanding clientele

Structured, efficient, passionate about the Brand Standards and results-oriented

Born unifier with an affinity for trends

Act with integrity

Night owl / day bird, versatile

Strong team spirit, attracting, developing and retaining talent
