Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) Per Diem - Job Summary Compensation: Based on Experience $18.50 - 22.00 BrightStar Care of Ventura & Oxnard is looking for licensed, compassionate and driven home CNAs who have the skills to provide the highest-quality care for our clients. Responsibilities and Duties * Work with a registered nurse and other clinicians to provide care based on an individualized plan of care. * Record your patient’s health status and report it to the nurse. * Provide companionship and personalized care while encouraging independence and self-care. * Assist patients with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, and eating. * Provide mobility and transfer assistance, which may include using mechanical lift devices. * Prepare meals and snacks. May include grocery shopping. * Perform light housekeeping, including vacuuming, laundry, and linen changes. * Assist with incontinence care. * Assist with transportation needs.
