Job Description Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analytics professional to join our team who will be responsible for Data Analytics and Channel Excellence

This position entails collecting meaningful data and producing data products to inform business strategy and add value. Additionally, it involves optimizing channel efficiency and profitability, and overseeing pricing and tender management for the International region.

Responsibilities

  • Develop an international playbook for field analytics, reporting and monthly reviews to support cluster/international business strategy.

  • Identify new process improvement opportunities.

  • Drive standardization across the International region and scale up best practices.

  • Establish a data analytics forum to unite associates and facilitate collaboration while also consulting on recommendations for new hires in analytics.

  • Develop & maintain a sustainable and reliable database and central data repository.

  • Identify relevant data sources and collect / source missing data.

  • Create standardized and meaningful data products for executive and project teams, that drive informed decisions and business value.

  • Own and integrate international Market, Commercial, Finance, and P&L models, organizing data for analysis and generating insight.

  • Identify opportunities for accelerated business growth based on the intelligence gathered and the regional market understanding.

  • Analyse pricing & volume to support the right business decisions.

  • Collaborate with the regional marketing team to define effective dashboards for reporting on social media platforms, omnichannel campaigns, leads, and marketing activities, while also supporting the sales and marketing team with recommendations derived from monitored market trends.

  • Design and define optimal methodologies for leveraging customer insights, market research, and emebcta classification tools such as horizon segmentation.

  • Utilize date to support the development standardized distribution agreements, incentive plans, and rebates for distributors.

  • Act as the data owner for any GTM change or development.

  • Term sheets development and standardization partnering closely with Legal, Finance and Supply Chain team.

  • Define and drive a free of cost goods approach to enable the region to achieve its gross profit budget.

  • Provide data analytics to partners for inventory visibility through a well-defined set of data points and dashboards.

  • Develop data analytics for key tenders' processes such as task, duration and timeline for International.

  • Draft and implement process to switch from reactive to a proactive approach through the creation of a tender databank/ Playbook.

  • Coordinate with the commercial excellence leader on establishing a tender management process on SFDC.

  • Work closely with the EMEA & International market access team on optimizing the tenders’ management process.

  • Pricing Governance in close relationship with WW platforms (pricing corridors) and country/ hubs.

  • Work with the Market access director, finance, and global team to draft, and implement process to switch from reactive to a proactive approach (FWork OC, Price Corridor).

Experience

  • 5+ Years Data Analytics experience

  • Strong mathematical & numeracy skills.

  • Mastery in Excel, PowerPoint, Thinkcell, Visio.

  • Advanced experience understanding reporting & data visualization tools such as, PowerBI, Tableau, Digital Marketing analytics tools including Google 360, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Adobe Marketing Suite.

  • Excellent analytical skills - the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights from data.

  • Strong project management experience with the ability to manage big projects and organize programs.

  • Robust Problem-Solving approach.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent presentation skills, articulate and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful narratives.

  • Communication skills with effective stakeholder management & conflict resolution skills.

  • English is a must. Additional languages preferred.
