Experience: Need to have at least 5 years experience in but not limited to one or more areas of construction industry: woodworking, framing, painting, staining, siding, trim/millwork, chainsaw operation. Knowledge of construction tools and equipment. History working with entry level and other mid-level labors and crew leader to complete projects correctly in a timely manner without any major setbacks.
