The Senior Recruiter interviews prospective employees for hourly and salaried positions. Assists with university graduate and professional recruiting. The Senior Recruiter work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
The Senior Recruiter refers applicants to particular position openings, administers pre-employment tests, checks references, and conducts exit interviews. Assists with employment advertising and other related duties. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in a metrics driven environment
Prior recruiting experience within both corporate and agency recruitment environments
Prior experience utilizing multiple recruiting tools and systems
Experience managing & prioritizing staffing needs, projects, and client relationships
Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
Strong adaptability to work in a fast paced environment and align with business need
Strong team player and flexible to work cross functionally between multiple teams
Strong emotional intelligence to work through problematic scenarios
Work at Home Requirements
Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role). A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) is required.
A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.
- Previous experience with WorkDay ATS, Modern Hire, and Symphony Talent CRM
This role is part of our Variable Staffing Pool. Associates work flexible hours to meet business needs, with no guaranteed minimum or maximum number of hours in any week. Associates hired as VSP receive limited benefits.
