Are you interested in a career in Critical Care Nursing? Join our diverse and exciting Critical Care Resource Team and PHSW as part of our 2024 Nurse Fellowship Program.

PeaceHealth is seeking a RN Fellowship Resource Team - Critical Care Resource Team for a Full Time, 0.90 FTE, Night position.

Nurses selected for this fellowship program are obligated to working in the Department for a minimum of 3640 hours at a minimum of a .6 FTE following completion of the orientation period.

Hourly compensation is $40.09 - $76.12; hiring rate dependent on qualifications and professional experience and/or terms of Collective Bargaining Agreement.

  • Shift length and hours are variable during the program.

  • Our program is designed for any experienced RN’s looking to transition into the Critical Care Nursing.

  • Our Fellowship is a 3 month program including classroom education time as well as one on one preceptorship on the floor.

  • This is a full time staff RN position with pay & benefits.

What you bring:

  • Current Washington RN licensure required by date of hire.

  • American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers required by date of hire.

  • Advanced Cardiac Lif Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire.

  • National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification within 6 months of hire.

  • Trauma Nurse Core Curriculum (TNCC) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 12 months.

  • New graduate or experienced RN (or equivalent education and/or experience).

Physical/Cognitive Requirements: Work requires active physical exertion up to 33% of the time; ability to lift objects weighing 80 lbs. or less; work requires frequent exposure to minor cold, heat, poor ventilation or sharp instruments; reasonably anticipated exposure to blood and body fluids once per month or more; and duties require the ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail (more than 65% of work time).
