Summary: The Corporate Legal Services Administrator is part of the Legal Department and reports directly to the Executive Vice President & General Counsel. The position is based out of our Vancouver, WA office and is FLSA Non-Exempt. The work of the Corporate Legal Services Administrator is diverse covering licensing, insurance, corporate recordkeeping, and litigation support.

What You Will Be Doing:
Annually maintain city, county, state, and federal licenses/registrations, and research additional licensing requirements.
Support Outside Director as needed in preparing draft documents and files, updating document storage index, filing documents with county, communicating with various government agencies to obtain permits, opening jobs and other tasks as requested.
Prepare meeting materials such as PowerPoint presentations, notebooks of key documents, etc.
Maintenance and coordination of corporate governance files, books, record, registration, and formation.
Litigation support, which includes compiling discovery documents, working with IT to collect eDiscovery, organization of pleadings, preparation of mediation materials, and general coordination with outside counsel.
Serve as point-of-contact and Administrator for department’s intranet pages (KellyNet) and meeting notes.
Assist with corporate scheduling/travel and event/meeting coordination.
Assist Contract & Credit Manager and In-House Counsel with contract reviews, administration, insurance certificates, bonds, subcontractor database, and liens.
Provide front desk reception back-up as needed (vacation coverage, etc.)

What You Need to Be Part of Our All-Star Team: Education/Experience:
High school graduate or equivalent
Two-year associate level business degree or paralegal certificate equivalent experience is a plus
Minimum 3 years of legal support experience
Technical Expertise:
Computer proficiency in the following programs:
Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with SmartSheets is preferred
Experience with Relativity of other eDiscovery software is preferred
