PeaceHealth is seeking an experienced and full-time Pain Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join an established practice in Vancouver, Washington. Our staff is dedicated to determining the cause of pain or limitations and then developing the best plan of management. Working together with other physicians, psychologists, nurses, and therapists, we help our patients return to their highest levels of independent functioning. The ideal clinician will compassionately treat most aspects of chronic pain utilizing a comprehensive multidisciplinary approach, working with other members of our care community when appropriate. Perform consultations and work with our interventionalists ordering procedures and coordinating aftercare plans. Safe and rational medication assessment and management.

Highlights about the practice:

  • Join an established practice of four experienced providers and MA’s 1:1

  • Schedule: 0.8 FTE full-time, four-day work week to include 1:4 home call

  • Outpatient practice, seeing up to 14-18 patients daily, using EPIC EMR

  • Refer patients to PeaceHealth PT, OT, ST, Ultrasound, Labs, and Radiology
