We are currently hiring for a Controller position with a favorite client of ours in the Vancouver area!

Top Five Responsibilities:

  • Balance sheet accounts reconciled monthly

  • Manage books and prepare financials for all joint venture entities.

  • Understand loan terms and reporting requirements.

  • Enter loan closing statements.

  • Review monthly interest statements, code and book/approve accruals as needed and ensure all statements with payments dye are made in a timely manner.

Must haves:

  • 6+ years of prior Accounting Management experience required.

  • Previous experience working in Real Estate Development or Construction.

  • Extensive experience of managing books for multiple entities at one time (CPA at an Accounting firm).

  • Experience and knowledge of working within Sage Intacct.

  • Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills.
