Volt Management Corp. 2nd shift Dock FLO in Vancouver, Washington

Volt is immediately hiring Sit down Forklift Operator in* Portland, OR*

As a Forklift Operator you will:

  • Use a sit down, pallet jacks to load/unload trucks in warehouse.
  • Transport inventory via forklift and other warehouse equipment to and from the loading/unloading/staging areas.
  • Accurately pick merchandise/inventory from warehouse locations/racking using forklift, stock pickers, reach trucks, pallet jacks
  • Perform general warehouse duties and operate equipment.
  • Operate safely, adhering to all OSHA and site- specific standards.

Requirement:

  • 6 months+ recent forklift operation, specifically with sit down experience
  • Ability to consistently lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to walk/stand for entire shift.
  • Available to work weekends and occasional overtime
  • Candidates selected must meet all pre-screening eligibility requirement.
  • Ability to successfully pass a safety forklift certification test at customer site.

This is a full-time Contract opportunity.

Schedule: 2nd shift 2:30 pm-1 am

Duration: 12+ Months

Pay Range: $ 18 to $19.50 per hour.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
