Medical Receptionist - Posting #24550

Hourly Rate: $19.25

Position Summary:

Full-time Receptionist position available for our Vancouver Medical Clinic located on E Delaware Lane. Applicant must be available to work Monday - Friday and rotating Saturdays. We are seeking someone with ability to speak English and Spanish due to the population we serve in Clark County. This position requires the applicant be available to work Saturdays.

The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting all customers, register clients following all protocols, answer phone calls and transfer calls as needed to the appropriate staff. The Receptionist will also receive, sort, and route all facility mail and provide administrative support to the facility administrator and other facility managers within the clinic.

Qualifications: 

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Minimum one-year experience in a medical setting and medical terminology preferred.

  • Proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel, Computer and typing skills are required.

  • Excellent verbal and written skills are necessary for this position.

  • Must have excellent customer service skills.

  • Good organizational skills are a must.

  • Previous healthcare customer service desired.

  • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

  • Bilingual English/Spanish required.
