Insight Global Workday Functional Analyst in Vancouver, British Columbia
Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a to join an industry leading performance apparel and wellness company. This role partners with P&C Centers of Excellence, P&C Product Managers, Technology teams & peers to deliver an optimized digital experience for our people. Responsibilities include delivery of strategic initiatives & projects, recurring program work, system/process enhancements, data/reporting and ultimately maintaining data quality in our systems.
This project is tied to the Job Architecture within Workday - the goal of the project is to streamline OT eligibility across the enterprise. Currently there is no way to identify who is OT eligible so the project is to identify who it OT eligible through job titles, who is not OT eligible, and how to track OT.
The Functional Analyst will take the business requirements from a BA and configure the system to align with the requests.

Skills and Requirements
3+ years of Workday experience doing hands-on configurations
Understanding of overtime, job profiles, and job setup
Great communication skills null
