Team Coordinator 3rd Shift Requisition ID: 37781 Job Location(s): Van Wert, OH, US Job Description The Team Coordinator is a production employee that takes a leadership role within a specific area of operations.This role will instruct Operators on job tasks, complete tracking metrics, update KPI's,report causes for deviations and will participate in problem solving activities. The Team Coordinator will progressively lead and support their team's production in all areas. Job Responsibilities Be available to fill in on the line when necessary Coordinate and prioritize activities for the team Keep information boards up-to-date daily Audit colleagues on the line, drive 5S in the area Should motivate and support employees throughout the day Keep teams informed of production expectations, scheduling, and any other follow-up information as needed.
