Pay: $16.50 per hour Assembler Job Functions: Must be able to perform troubleshooting of machinery, minor repairs as necessary, and work within the designated production process of Danfoss products. Ability to read and understand blueprints, control plans, routers, job instructions, and tools. Must be able to learn, apply, and retain techniques, concepts, and procedures to continuously improve products, processes, and services. Must exceed all quality standards set by customers, individual Value streams, and standards defined by the facility. Maintain flexibility to move to different work areas to meet customers' delivery expectations and the plant's productivity. Always promote cooperation and teamwork within the work environment under direct/indirect supervision. Establish and maintain a safe working environment for themselves and others always.
