Job Summary: The Corporate EHS Coordinator II provides administrative support to the Corporate EHS team for the ongoing maintenance of the FDT safety program. EHS Coordinator II duties include quality document control, filing, organizing, and data entry. Reports to and receives direction from the Corporate EHS Director.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry

  • Scan/Attach all pertinent docs to Viewpoint as requested

  • Assisting in the administration, and implement of site specific safety plans and safety submittals as requested

  • Provide Job Safety Analysis, Emergency Plans, Hazard Prevention Plans, etc.

  • Review Preliminary & Finalized plans for accuracy

  • Assemble completed Site Safety Plans (PDF and Hardcopy/Binders)

  • Distribute Site Safety Plans to PM/Project Leader as directed

  • Upload Completed Safety Plan to Vista Safety module

  • Maintain & Provide FDT Signage for Site Specific Safety Plans and as requested (Printing, Laminating, etc.)

  • Sending out Monthly Toolbox Topics to the FDT Tool Box Group List as requested

  • Take Meeting Minutes at Monthly Safety Meeting & Distribute as requested

Key Requirements, Education, and Experience:

  • Must have a comprehensive knowledge of OSHA regulations for the construction industry

  • Competent knowledge and application of the safety principals and practices listed above

  • Must be able to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner

  • Must have excellent writing abilities in the preparation and delivery of safety plans, reports, training materials, investigations, and other written correspondence

  • Computer proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Windows, Outlook, etc.)

  • Must be able to organize and prioritize work with minimal supervision

  • Bachelor's degree in safety, industrial hygiene, or a related field of study

  • Five (5) years' experience in a similar or administrative position

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
