Detailed Description

SCM - Gestión de optimización de Pedidos a Proveedores para mejoras de Inventario

  • Colaboración con el Departamento de Compras en la creación final óptima de Pedidos a Proveedores con el objetivo evitar posteriores excesos de Inventario. Control de desviaciones en el MOQ.

  • Elaboración de los reportes necesarios para hacer seguimiento de las acciones antes mencionadas.

  • Medición semanal del éxito de los principales Indicadores claves para el Inventario del Site y que requieren seguimiento por parte de la organización de Compras (SCM) para adecuación de la cartera de pedidos a nuevos niveles de Producción.

  • Medición y Seguimiento semanal de los principles KPIs de Supply Chain Management.

Análisis de informes de Inventario y Business Control

  • Colaboración con el Analista de Inventarios para el control semanal de los niveles de Inventario.

  • Elaboración de informes diarios de control de entradas de piezas con el análisis necesario para detectar desviaciones.

  • Valoración del Inventario semanal para revisión formal semanal por parte de la Dirección.

  • Preparación de los informes necesarios para la elaboración semanal de las Proyecciones de Inventario y comparativa con el Plan Corporativo, asi como informes tras el cierre mensual y trimestral.

  • Control de las Compras JIT (Just in Time) desde los almacenes consignados de proveedores.

  • Colaboración con el responsable de SCM Business Control en la elaboración de KPIs y KRI que posteriormente se revisan por la Dirección del Site y Corporativa.

  • Gestión de los Procesos de Control de Materiales E&O (Excess and Obsolete) y de “Redeployment” cuyo principal objetivo lograr balances de Inventarios.

-Preparación de Cotizaciones en lo relativo a cálculo estimado de Turn Over de Inventario a partir de los datos de Volúmenes de Producción anuales y uso anual de materiales.

  • Colaboración con la Dirección del Departamento (SCM Manager) en la elaboración de actividades puntuales dentro de la organización de SCM.

Gestión de Tablas Access y otra herramientas informáticas

  • Preparación de informes a través de Tablas Access (no se necesita experiencia previa).

  • Uso de las diferentes herramientas para desarrollar las actividades diarias: Bases de datos, Excel, SAP, Lotus Notes, Gmail (formación a cargo de Celestica).
