What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…

  • Works closelywith manufacturing supervisors and manufacturing engineering to provide for capacity plans.

  • Works closely with other sites to manage multiple product lines introduced to the facility.

  • Provides both routine and specifically requested production analysis reports.

  • Develops master schedule from the business plan and maintains it.

  • Works with GSA’s to meet customer inventory expectations and improve on time delivery to acceptable levels.

  • Place and maintain required purchase orders for suppliers or product groups.

  • Drives materials utilizing MRP providing proper lead-time to purchasing.

  • Develops production capacity planning tools for crew sizing.

  • Identifies and resolves inventory related problems such as bill of material and routing errors, material substitutions.

  • Provide training for buyers, associate buyers and other departments as needed.

  • Disposition obsolete and defective inventory.

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Your Education Should Be…

  • A Bachelor's Degree in business, or related field or equivalent experience (APICS or other nationally approved certification).

Salary is estimated between $75,000-$110,000 annually DOE.

Your Professional Experience Should Be…

  • 5 years of experience related toscheduling/planning of resources, materials and labor needs in a manufacturing environment.

  • Proven experience working with complex custom order products.

  • Experience with MS Projects and/or Primavera 6.

  • Strong communication and influencing skills.

  • Proven experience successfully partnering with cross functional teams.
