Description:

Customer service and data entry with communicate with customers by answering product and service related questions via phone and email. They will need to maintain customer records by updating account information, and resolve product related service issues to customer complaints.

• Maintains customer records by updating account information.

• Experience with outlook

• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

• Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments. Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.

• If they have experience with SAGE 100 even better.

What goes into the training and by when do you feel associates will be up to speed? Learning how to navigate reports, portals, and our ERP in order to provide customers with accurate information regarding products, ETAs, and tracking shipments. Also learn to be on the phone with customers. Usually 2-3 months gets them up to a good speed.
