[Typical Allocation of Duties [Install and repair - 25% Install, modify, paint or repair walls, ceiling tiles, doors, chalk and dry erase boards, signage, etc.

Assist with construction - 25% Assist with the construction of stud walls, door/window frames, ceilings, floors, furniture, and trim.

Preventative maintenance - 25% Perform preventative maintenance in accordance with established schedules and protocols.

Maintain tools and equipment - 15% Maintain and repair tools and equipment used in the performance of maintenance and repair functions.

Process documents - 10% Process work orders, purchase orders, and invoices.

Responsible for installing and maintaining equipment.

Conduct day-to-day maintenance duties as necessary. Including, but not all inclusive: changing air filters, changing light bulbs in the ceiling, restarting elevators, working with fire alarm panels, plunging toilets, hanging pictures, digging, and cleaning as needed.
