Job Description:

As a Project Management Professional, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing on programs & strategy which align with our company's goals and objectives. Your primary focus will be on supporting senior sales leaders by providing them with managing project execution and content support.

Responsibilities:

  • Support AMER Sales & Solution Engineering VPs with providing strategic guidance and support.

  • Coordinate and manage internal events, such as All Hands meetings, regional QBRs, employee recognition programs, ensuring seamless execution and a positive employee experience.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Marketing, Partners, Global Field Enablement and Solutions Engineering to ensure alignment and integration of initiatives & programs with broad organizational objectives.

  • Stay informed about security trends and best practices bringing innovative ideas and approaches to the organization.

  • Utilize your creativity with Google Slides to enhance Sales & SE VP all hands meetings.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and incubate new sales acceleration programs and strategic partnerships.

  • Serve as an subject matter expert for field sales, product, customers, partners and analysts discussions and research.

  • Align with and support Sales and Customer Success on new and current customer sales plays and product expertise.

  • Identify and track metrics through planning and execution. Analyze and present this data to stakeholders to help in achieving the business goals

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA or equivalent work experience

  • 4+ years of experience in the software and/or cybersecurity industry

  • 7+ years experience in program management, consulting or related field ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.

  • Has worked on sophisticated programs that require understanding and representing all facets of go-to-market

  • Proficiency in using communication tools (Slack, WebEx) and platforms (Google & Microsoft).

  • Experience and creativity in creating engaging and visually appealing presentations using Google Slides.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Base Pay Range

SF Bay Area, Seattle Metro, and New York City Metro Area

Base Pay Range: $132,000.00 - 181,500.00 per year

California (excludes SF Bay Area), Washington (excludes Seattle Metro), Washington DC Metro, and Massachusetts

Base Pay Range: $118,800.00 - 163,350.00 per year

All other cities and states excluding California, Washington, Massachusetts, New York City Metro Area and Washington DC Metro Area.

Base Pay Range: $105,600.00 - 145,200.00 per year

Splunk provides flexibility and choice in the working arrangement for most roles, including remote and/or in-office roles. We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out above, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for incentive compensation and may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.
