As a trusted Service Advisor/Writer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for customers throughout their vehicle servicing journey. Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing friendly and professional assistance throughout their service experience.
Schedule service appointments, accurately assess vehicle issues, and provide detailed cost estimates to customers.
Maintain open and transparent communication with customers, keeping them informed about the status of their vehicle and any necessary repairs.
Review service history and perform inspections to identify additional maintenance or repair needs.
Coordinate with Service Technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and adherence to quality standards.
Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a prompt, courteous, and efficient manner.
Collaborate with the Service, Shop, and Parts Manager to optimize operational performance and enhance customer satisfaction.
