Key Responsibilities
Ability to lead and develop a cross-country organization with strength in medical, data generation, access, clinical practice, and scientific expertise.
Ability to motivate and engage an organization and lead through transformation (i.e., early assets, launch, integration, divestiture, new partnerships).
Strong external customer focus and the ability to rapidly build a comprehensive and efficient network of external relationships.
Ability to lead and influence at the company level, cooperating with global matrix functions, commercial teams and R&D teams.
Excellent communication skills, and ability to represent BMS and complex scientific data at medical meetings and congresses or other external presentations (ex. Payers).
Depth of knowledge in specialty care therapeutic areas.
Driving leadership and strategy in gaining access across European market .
Ability to lead Alliance partnerships across markets.
Ensuring compliance in a dynamic business environment.
Driving leadership in Talent & Culture management. Embedding the BMS People Strategy and ensuring employee engagement, attraction, development, and retention.
Frequent travel.
Qualifications & Experience
With 5+ years of pharmaceutical leadership experience, MD preferred.
Experience building and delivering Medical capabilities in a complex global organization
Demonstrated track record of leadership in a complex, matrix environment. Experience delivering successful results in a variety of business situations.
Successful track record of leading through influence and working across complex, global organizational matrices.
Successful track record in change management and inspiring innovation.
Fluency in English

On-site Protocol
BMS has a diverse occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:
Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility.
