Oracle Supply Chain Management Functional Implementation Architect

Job Overview:

  • As a member of the Oracle Benelux Consulting SCM team, you will work as an integral part of Oracle Applications Consulting’s project implementation teams, with the opportunity to engage across the lifecycle of our customers’ Oracle digital transformation journeys.

  • You will be a self-starter, capable of managing individual workpackages, contributing to architecture discussions, supporting pre-sales activities andproviding thought leadership on how to get the best out of the Oracle applications.

Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

  • The successful applicant is recognised as an expert and able to contribute to scope, design, configuration and testing in a delivery capacity using Oracle SCM Cloud, the applicant will have the opportunity to work on some of the most high-profile Oracle Supply Chain implementations in the Benelux.

  • Responsible for championing successful delivery of Oracle SCM Solutions and leading Oracle's Benelux as well as global clients through their journey to cloud SCM solutions.

  • You will drive SCM transformations customer discussions exploring the added value of Oracle’s newest SCM AI technology.

Candidate details:

  • A proven track record of end-to-end delivery of Oracle Supply ChainManagement applications, preferably across more than one end to end processarea.

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience with Oracle SCM Implementations withat least 2 full project life cycles.

  • Candidates should speak and understand the Dutch language.

  • A detailed knowledge of the eBusiness Suite and or Fusion Cloud Oracle SCM suite of products to advise and guide customers on implementation and integration of the Oracle applications with reference to Best Practice processes, maximizing use of out-of-the box applications.

  • Having the ability to present proposals and business process information to bothtechnical and business audiences, preparing and delivering briefings andpresentations for project teams, management, and customers as appropriate.

  • Travel mobility within the Benelux

Functional Knowledge - The candidate must be an expert and shows proven implementation experience within at least one of the two following processes:

  • Plan to Produce

  • Demand Management

  • Supply Chain Planning

  • Order to Cash:

  • (Global) Order Management

  • Inventory

Desirable Skills:

Some experience preferred in SCM Integration and Extensibility approaches.

  • Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.

  • Demonstrable ability to present convincing ideas, facilitate group sessions, influence decisions, and interact with all levels of client personnel.

  • Ability to communicate effectively, build rapport with team members and clients.

  • Knowledge of system implementation lifecycle, ideally with a focus on business change, process optimisation, UAT, training and post go live support ideal.

  • Ability to travel as needed.
