Warehouse Operations Manager Pay: $58,500.00/year. CABVI is seeking Warehouse Operations Manager to partner with senior warehouse management to lead daily operations in receiving, warehousing, and distribution in compliance with company policy and vision.

KEY JOB ELEMENTS

Manage and supervise all warehouse staff in both Utica and Syracuse locations to ensure compliance with all department goals, appropriate stock rotation, timely shipments and maximum inventory accuracy as well as ensuring warehouse and shipping compliance. Provide daily communication and coordination with Senior Warehouse and Distribution Manager on workload, shipping, and fulfilment rates, receiving, inventory accuracy, personnel matters, and policy compliance. Responsible for the management of the forklift equipment including but not limited to the oversight of the Telemetry software reporting system, daily OSHA safety check list, tracking and reporting of ongoing certification and re-certification of warehouse forklift operators, tracking and observation of safe forklift operations, observation of overall care and condition of forklifts, continued training/certification of forklift trainers.
Manage the coordination of product returns with Shipping Office Manager and Shipping Clerks. Manage the CABVI 3PL ShipStation accounts and ensure that Service clients' shipping requirements are being met in a timely manner. Manage the warehouse onboarding and training process for new hires. Perform quarterly employee feedback which include coaching, skill development, and performance improvement plans were needed.
Work with senior leadership to ensure all company policies, procedures, and changes are understood, communicated, and always complied with by warehouse team. Coordinate with Human Resources on the recruitment of warehouse staff as directed by Senior Warehouse and Distribution Manager. Participate and contribute to cross functional agency projects on continuous improvement. Comply with all ISO quality system standards and will champion and support quality systems initiatives.

LEADERSHIP/SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILIITES Directly supervises warehouse staff. Works with Senior Warehouse and Distribution Manager on the interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning, staff meetings, approving leave requests, directing work, evaluations and rewarding and disciplining employees. Responsible for addressing complaints and resolving problems. Strong leadership and team building capabilities required.

COMPUTER/TECHNICAL SKILLS Must be knowledgeable of OSHA regulations. Must be willing to learn new technology and be familiar with UPS, FedEx and other shippers means of transacting business. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Working knowledge of ShipStation and Macola Business Software a plus

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Minimum of Associate's degree; Bachelors preferred. Must have a minimum of 5 years prior warehouse management experience to include leadership, logistics, distribution, and fulfillment.
