Summary of Role: As a Change Management and Communications Analyst, you will be part of the Change Management Office (CMO) within the GlobalFoundries IT organization. Your role will focus on performing organizational change management activities for IT projects and developing communications in support of IT change initiatives and IT executive level messages.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead communications by drafting, editing, and distributing complex content for programs, projects, and executive level presentations and communications.

  • Leverage graphic communications to focus on the design, development and delivery of visual pieces used to relay specific information, ideas, or emotions. This may include animation, photography, graphic design, and illustration.

  • Actively participate in IT projects, not only to understand the coming changes, but also to drive and/or coach the creation of internal and external communications. This will involve building strategic communication duration.

  • Organize and facilitate the planning and execution of virtual learning events.

  • Gather information from leadership, stakeholders, and process owners to understand changes to processes, systems, and technologies and assess the change impact.

  • Analyze the impact on employees and create change management strategies and plans to manage the people's side of change and help them adopt the new ways of working.

  • Support and evaluate results of communication campaigns and surveys with the team.

  • Support GF IT Operational update communications.

  • Monitor communication flows to reduce misinformation, analyze feedback, measure effectiveness, and report progress to senior leadership.

  • Create and manage metric tracking systems to measure utilization and adoption.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications or related field or equivalent experience.

  • 3+ years of graphic communications experience.

  • 2+ years of change management experience.

  • Proven knowledge of Organizational Change Management practices and methodologies.

  • Fluency in English Language – written & verbal.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Self-starter who can work well independently or in a collaborative team environment.

  • Ability to build strong relationships.

  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.

  • Provide high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

  • Project and program management experience.

  • Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.

  • Able to cope with pressure.

  • Strong business acumen.

Expected Salary Range

$56,900.00 - $103,500.00
