Summary of Role:In this role you will be coordinating organizational change management across various projects within our business. Your role will especially focus on HR transformation projects, HR programs.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Applying a systematic approach to help individuals and teams impacted by change by building support, addressing resistance and identifying required solutions to enhance adoption

  • Identifying the different roles for implementing change like sponsors, stakeholders, leader, agents

  • Build frameworks for implementation of programs.

  • Applications to analyze, plan or measure change<>

  • Leading change management work streams with a structured methodology / process.

  • Supporting development of communications relevant to change initiatives.

  • Defining success metrics and measuring performance against these.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Good understanding of change management principles, techniques & tools. Strong stakeholder management skills.

  • Should be a Team player & able to collaborate with others

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field, such as business, business administration, human resources, or organizational psychology

  • Experience – 8-10 years previous experience in change management or similar positions

  • Experience and knowledge of project management best practice.

  • Sound understanding of the principles and practices of change management methodologies.

  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking.

  • Able to cope with pressure.

  • Good problem-solving skills.

  • Good understanding of change management principles, techniques & tools.

  • Fluency in English Language – written & verbal

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in a business-related field, such as business, business administration, human resources, or organizational psychology

  • Experience in the semiconductor industry

Expected Salary Range

$95,200.00 - $202,800.00
