Landscapers/Groundskeepers. Three Seasons Landscape Contracting Services, Inc. and its joint employer/client Pierce L. Shallis Landscaping Design. 10 Mt. Pleasant Road, Aston, PA 19014 have 2 openings. Temporary/full-time. 4/17/24-12/23/24. Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units and any other related tasks. Necessary tools, supplies, equipment, and uniform provided at no charge. 40 hrs per week & Overtime Varies. Hours, subject to industry practice and are not guaranteed per day or per week, e.g., rainouts, brief periods without scheduled work, work hrs & dates subject to change based upon adverse weather of other factors, and unforeseen cancellations. Mon-Fri 6:30-2:30pm. Weekend work required when necessary. Will offer wage $18.71/hr ($28.07 OT) OT varies. Wages computed by single workweek, paid bi-weekly. Payroll deductions as required by law. Advances and/or loans made to workers, if any, may be repaid by authorized payroll deductions. Merit pay raises may be available at the employer's discretion. Travel required and provided to and from workshop to multiple worksites in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties, PA and New Castle Counties, DE. No min education required. Must verify 3 months of experience as a landscaping laborer. Perform physical activities such as lift, balance, walk, stoop, handle position, move manipulate materials use static strength to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, carry objects up to 75 lbs. All applicants must be able willing, qualified to perform work described and must be available for the entire period specified and work throughout all areas of intended employment. No on-the-job training. Employer paid criminal background & drug test prior to employment. Housing available, if used rent to be deducted from paycheck $325.00 monthly. Truck rental available from home to jobsite, if used rental to be deducted $50.00/wk from paycheck. If not prohibited by valid and controlling law, transportation to 1st worksite and return transportation paid and arranged by employer (and necessary, most economical and reasonable meals and lodging reimbursed during 1st workweek if worker presents documentation) for wage credit. If required by valid and controlling law., necessary, reasonable, the most economical alternative, and authorized, then transportation, meals, and lodging to 1st worksite paid and arranged by employer, and return transportation provided if the worker completes the employment or is dismissed early. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.46 *per day during travel to a maximum of *$59 per day with documentation of actual expenses. H-2B workers will be reimbursed, in the first workweek, for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, but not for passport fees or other expenses primarily benefiting the worker. If any such prevailing law is rescinded, superseded, vacated, or substantially modified, then the parties will re-negotiate in good faith any affected term.
