Department Summary

Universal Products & Experiences’ Multimedia team manages the vision and voice of our leadership and global brand through five key disciplines: pitch and presentation design and messaging, sales materials development, event design, and asset production.

The Associate Design Manager works closely with the Senior Managers to assist in the creation and production of presentation materials. This includes developing white paper decks, designing to a brand template, developing and sourcing graphics, file optimization, and providing on-site presentation support for internal and external partner meetings.

In addition, this role will work closely with Multimedia project management to help facilitate project delivery, including watermarking and distribution.

Basic Qualifications

  • Design Experience / Education

  • Strong MAC skills including proficiency in Keynote, Microsoft Office

  • Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator

  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
