What are we looking for?
We are looking for leaders, people managers and visionaries. We are very proud of our growing business and are currently looking for an Account Coordinator to join our team working to support a key client in Logistics and Merchandising.
What will you do?
As Account Coordinator for a key lifestyle beverage client, you will be instrumental in supporting our highly collaborative marketing and logistics team that services national and local brand programming. You will provide leadership with key functions to ensure consistent delivery and execution of the programs, as well as internal agency operations support.
Your “hands on” approach will provide direct insight and strategy on how to optimize and streamline our ways of working. You will build relationships with internal and external stakeholders based on trust, innovation and the delivery of consistent results.
Responsibilities include:
Serve as key member of a high-performing hybrid client services and field operations team
Support on day-to-day field operations, including auditing activity, accurate reporting, and overall compliance
Support the client service team with financials, including budget tracking and invoicing
Provide brand program support and management, including new hire assets, training and development, and program recapping
Understand and proactively identify challenges and develop solutions to meet business needs
Work closely with the Operations team on backend program development, troubleshooting, and updates, specifically with data/intel gathering, spreadsheets, and reporting development/updates
Analytics and reporting support to glean key insights, build business cases for proposed program needs and optimizations, and create action plans to address
Support and help manage the ordering and allocations of POS
Admin support with note taking, asset ordering, budget reconciling, and storage unit needs
Supports team as needed on deck-writing, spreadsheets, and processing and tracking shipments
Qualifications
4-year College or University Degree
1-3 years of client services, operations, or related field or agency experience
Basic fluency in program management and finance workstreams
Strong and organized communicator, verbal and written
Attention to detail and follow through, proactive approach
Interest and affinity for analytics, with a knack for spreadsheets
Able to operate independently to prioritize, adapt, problem solve and multi-task
Service oriented with an ability to build strong and productive working relationships
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work in a digital hybrid work environment
Excited about the bigger picture and growth in working at an agency on a luxury wine/spirits client
