Waystar Auditor, Revenue Integrity Auditing in United States, United States
ABOUT THIS POSITION
The Revenue Integrity Auditor has a comprehensive understanding of medical terminology, hospital inpatient and/or outpatient coding, charge capture, CDM, and medical records.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Validate potential missing charges, coding variances and overcharges using proprietary technology and medical records
Quality control
Analyze revenue leakage
Claims/Charge auditing with ability to professionally communicate findings to client
Analysis and process improvement of hospital charges
Achieve and maintain assigned Client financial performance goals
Assist in prediction enhancements to increase verification rates
Remain current on CPT, ICD, HCPC and modifier coding requirements
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
Quality control skills
