Secret Regular We are pipelining candidates for a future role. Contingent upon Contract Award Valiant is seeking a Team Leader II General - Lead for W-TRS. Potential locations could include: California, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Carolina, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Washington, Korea, and potential additional CONUS locations. Essential job duties include but are not limited to: Brief, instruct, and train Army users on installation/de-installation. Responsibilities: Set-up, maintenance, and perform mission tasks utilizing Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS) Maintains existing exportable training support packages that integrate training products and materials necessary to train the system. Manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects. Serve as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management Reviews status of projects and budgets Manage schedules and prepares status reports Assess project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. Mental/Physical requirements for this role include: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and wear appropriate personal protective equipment as appropriate. Ability to perform duties in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, wind and rain) and at height. Willing to work a flexible workweek. Must have or be able to obtain a valid state driver's license and maintain post driving privileges. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background investigation. This position may require travel to other installations and other WTRS locations throughout CONUS and OCONUS. Basic Qualifications: Must be able to gain access to military installation. 8 years' experience in TADSS management/ maintenance operations or combination of senior military experience. Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree US citizenship is required. Possess an Active Secret US Government Clearance or ability to obtain a clearance.
