Not Applicable Regular We are pipelining candidates for a future role. Contingent upon Contract Award Valiant is seeking a Team Leader General I for W-TRS DRTS Platform. Potential locations could include: California, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Carolina, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Washington, Korea, and potential additional CONUS locations. Essential job duties include but are not limited to: Leads teams to brief, instruct, and train Army users on installation/de-installation, set-up, maintenance, and performing mission tasks utilizing Training Aids, Devices, Simulators and Simulations (TADSS) on weapons platforms at the Digital Range Training System (DRTS). Maintains existing exportable training support packages that integrate training products and materials necessary to train the system. The digital ranges oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. Basic Qualifications: Must be able to gain access to military Installation Must have knowledge of Microsoft Applications Must be able to multi-task Must have strong customer service skills Must be detail oriented Must be able to pass a pre-employment Drug screening and background check Desired Skills: Previous Army Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS) experience highly desired Superior analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to document and update processes Ability to perform tasks under deadlines Highly self-motivated with a keen attention to detail Strong interpersonal and written communication skills QUALIFICATIONS: 3 years of management experience, including 3 years of supervisory experience. SECURITY CLEARANCE: None EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Associates degree in business related field experience or on the job equivalent experience.
