Secret Regular We are pipelining candidates for a future role. Contingent upon Contract Award Valiant is seeking a Site Manager for W-TRS. Potential locations could include: California, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Carolina, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Washington, Korea, and potential additional CONUS locations. Essential job duties include but are not limited to: Responsible for the overall management, control, coordination, and execution of contract compliance; Implement local decisions, guidance, laws, regulations, and policy in the performance of the WTRS Contract. Responsibilities: Provide schedule development, technical direction, and coordinate internal and contracted resources Provide supervision of all site personnel and all remote assigned sites. Ensures that all safety rules and regulations are followed by all employees and that quality control is an integral part of Valiant's work performance. Provides technicians and operators with proper leadership and training to complete all assigned tasks in a proficient manner. Manage day to day actions to ensure Valiant is providing quality services and support to the customer in the assigned areas of operations. Communicate any new changes, requirements, concerns, and issues to the Program Manager. Participate in meetings with the customer to ensure that expectations are appropriately managed and that all requirements defined by the SOW are met. Ensures that Site Security is IAW the primary contract and/or as defined/instructed by the Contracting Officer Enforces site safety IAW the primary contract and the approved Site Safety and Health Plan (Accident Prevention Plan). Ensures all contract deliverables including reporting requirements are met on time Performs other duties as assigned. Mental/Physical requirements for this role include: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and wear appropriate personal protective equipment as appropriate. Ability to perform duties in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, wind and rain) and at height. Willing to work a flexible workweek. Must have or be able to obtain a valid state driver's license and maintain post driving privileges. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background investigation. This position may require travel to other installations and other WTRS locations throughout CONUS and OCONUS. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree 10 years' experience in TADSS management/ maintenance operations or combination of senior military experience. 5 years of supervisory experience. US citizenship is required. Possess an Active Secret US Government Clearance or ability to obtain a clearance.
