Confidential Pool & Spa Laborer in Union Gap, Washington

We are seeking a Pool & Spa Laborer to become a part of our team!

 

In this role, you will work towards becoming certified technician of the pool and spa trade. You will learn the chemical chemistry of balancing the water of pools and spas and troubleshoot other types of equipment. The ideal candidates we are looking for have had experience with water systems such as pumps and plumbing. You must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. We are willing to provide some training if you are a good fit for the job. We expect all our employees to have a clean and professional demeanor.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the installation and repair of pool and spa equipment
  • Perform maintenance on commercial/domestic pool and spa equipment
  • Perform water chemistry test for proper water levels
  • Assist with major and minor structural repairs
  • Troubleshoot and work on residential /commercial equipment
  • Work towards being (EC07)-MANTINANCE certified (Master Nonresidential Maintenance Electrical License)
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Perform other duties assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
  • Familiarity with tooling and power equipment
  • Ability to handle a physical workload
  • Lift 50 pounds or more (with assistance when required)
  • Ability to work well with teams and learn new things
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Experience in concrete and or construction is a plus
  • Experience in water management is a plus
  • Experience in the pool industry is preferred but not required
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • High school diploma or GED
