Primary Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions: * Proficiently operate Star Machines by loading and unloading parts in the machine. * Perform machine adjustments to achieve the correct dimensions, finishes and quality. * Complete program changes to the load/unload mechanism of the machine * Modify and edit programming on the machine as needed. * Distinguish when preset tools are required prior to inserting into tool holder. * Perform any necessary machine adjustments or repairs in a safe manner. * Identify when tooling needs replaced and change tooling effectively. * Understand and follow work instructions, set-up sheets, routers, and camlink to properly set-up machines per customer requirements. * Effectively gauge and measure parts produced * 5S work area on a daily basis. * Assist other departments with projects as needed. * Perform other job duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Education/Experience: * High School Diploma is required. * Knowledge of g-code programming is preferred. * Understand and complies with ISO procedures * Ability to read routers and blueprint drawings * Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Physical Requirements: * Moderate physical effort consisting of:  Frequently lifting or moving material up to 35 pounds.
