Essential Functions
Cleans and maintains buildings/facilities. Performs heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish.
Notifies managers concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
Establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
Complies with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.
Floor Tech must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.
Responsibilities
Performing thorough cleaning and maintenance of floors, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming.
Using floor buffers and carpet cleaners to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of floors.
Applying sealants and waxes to protect the floors.
Operating cleaning equipment, such as buffers, scrubbers, and carpet extractors.
Conducting minimal repairs and inventory checks.
Arranging furniture and fixtures.
Organizing supplies.
Hourly Schedule:
5 Day work week (including weekend)
Time: 7:00am-4:00pm ,2pm-10pm and 10pm-7am
Pay: 16.00 Hourly-16.50 per hour

Responsibilities
The floor technician may be responsible for cleaning and maintaining floors, including stripping, scrubbing, buffing, waxing, refinishing, sealing and spot cleaning. Also responsible for using safety measures in work areas.
The floor technician may be asked to assist with special projects within the account as needed. Willing to complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), including ten-year work history if available.
