Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Wartung, Reparaturen, Fehleranalysen und Installationen von Geräten bei Kunden vor Ort durchführen.

  • Hervorragende Kundenbetreuung und Fehlersuche gewährleisten.

  • Kunden und Vertriebsmitarbeitern bei Service- und Anwendungsproblemen vor Ort und telefonisch unterstützen.

  • Eng mit Ihrem Team und den Vertriebskollegen zusammenarbeiten.

Was wir suchen:

  • Technische Ausbildung in Medizintechnik, Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik oder ähnlichen Bereichen.

  • Interesse an Life-Science-/Diagnostikanwendungen.

  • Praktische Erfahrung, insbesondere im Außendienst, ist von Vorteil.

  • Gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse.

  • Reisebereitschaft, einschließlich gelegentlicher Übernachtungen. Führerschein erforderlich.
