The position of Pre Sales Consultant is to promote and present RLDatix’s Healthcare products to prospective and existing customers. This will involve detailed demonstrations of the RLDatix range. Travel nationally (and potentially internationally) is required. There may also a requirement to undertake the RLDatix’s Assessment Exercises for our customers to help the account managers to build business cases and determine ROI for prospects.

What You Will Do:

  • Running demonstrations with prospective Healthcare clients to promote and assist with the sale of RLDatix’s products. These demonstrations range from sales presentations i.e. tenders and sales pitches to engagement sessions for new and existing customers. These will be to a range of prospects / customers at all levels of the organisation e.g. end users to board.

  • Continually maintain an understanding of RLDatix’s position in the marketplace, including a full understanding of competitive products.

  • Be a product lead for a number of products, attending all relevant meetings e.g. steering groups/release reviews/sprint reviews and feedbacking back to pre-sales team as required.

  • Liaising with the product team regarding product features and changes, helping to keep the company’s products at the forefront of the industry.

  • Create and maintain demo scripts and videos to be shared with the pre-sales team.

  • Undertaking internal training to ensure the development of the pre-sales team knowledge and the wider teams.

  • Assist with the completing of tenders as required, focusing on functional responses.

  • Running detailed assessments consultancy projects with prospective Healthcare clients, support by a senior member of the presales team as required.

  • Undertake site visits, including demos, interviews and data gathering for assessment purposes.

  • Attend assessment feedback sessions with Trusts and respond to queries as required

  • Use RLDatix systems to produce detailed analysis and reports that highlights areas of inefficiencies or non-budgeted spend for assessments

  • Maintaining sales reporting information as required.

  • Occasional attendance at conferences and exhibitions to promote the company’s products.

    Skills/Qualifications/Experience Required:

  • Understanding of and experience in the Healthcare industry, preferably in software.

  • Excellent written and verbal communications

  • Confidence and experience in delivering presentations to prospective end users

  • Can be flexible and adaptable while under pressure

  • Proven ability to influence key stakeholders

  • Self-motivated, driven and used to working in a sales environment

  • Experience in Business Intelligence, ERP or related products

  • Confidence and experience in delivering presentations to prospective end users

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Experienced user of at least 1 RLDatix product is highly desirable
