Job Purpose and Impact
O Assistente de Cobranças executará uma variedade de tarefas de suporte em um de nossos departamentos de cobranças. Buscamos um indivíduo detalhista com conhecimento básico de cobranças para realizar tarefas usando procedimentos padrão.
Key Accountabilities
Verifique a exatidão das faturas e outros documentos ou registros contábeis, incluindo transações comerciais financeiras detalhadas.
Prestar atendimento ao cliente interno, fornecedores e clientes.
Assinalar os chamados para a área a um analista responsável e acompanhar o encerramento.
Gerar segunda via de boletos e NFs para envio aos clientes e Comercial.
Assegurar conclusão do chamado dentro de 1 dia útil.
Lidar com questões de suporte administrativo, administrativo, técnico ou de suporte ao cliente moderadamente complexas sob supervisão geral, ao mesmo tempo em que agrava questões mais complexas para a equipe apropriada.
Qualifications
QUALIFICAÇÕES MÍNIMAS
Diploma de ensino médio, ensino médio ou equivalente
Mínimo de dois anos de experiência de trabalho relacionada
Outras qualificações mínimas podem ser aplicadas
