本ポジションは、レノボ・ジャパン 法人事業部における内勤営業として、電話やメール等を効果的に活用して営業活動を展開し、成約に結び付けていきます。外勤営業との連携、あるいは内勤営業単独で既存顧客とのリレーション構築、新規顧客へのアプローチをおこないます。外勤営業ではカバーできない潜在ニーズを掘り起こし、成約に結び付けていく重要な仕事です。

■職務内容

1.商談・案件発掘活動

  • テレセールス活動(アウトバウンドコール・インバウンドコール)

  • プロモーション・キャンペーンの推進

  • 顧客ニーズの分析・理解

  • 顧客の意思決定プロセスの把握

  • 意思決定権者(購買決定権者)との関係構築

  • 顧客のロイヤリティを高めるための関係構築

  • ビジネスパートナーとの関係構築

2.製品提案~クロージング活動

  • レノボの戦略・商品・商品構成の理解 / 競合他社の戦略・商品・商品構成の理解

  • 製品提案の準備・開発・並びに提案活動

  • 最終価格の交渉

  • 契約書締結

  • テクニカルサポートの確保(必要な場合)

3.ビジネスマネジメント

  • 社内CRMツールの理解と顧客データ管理

  • 顧客のマネジメント

4.プリセールス・発注管理

  • 発注管理及び発注に関する問題点の分析 

  • 解決案の特定と対応

5.ポストセールスマネジメント

  • 支払いに関する管理

  • 商品移行(Transition)を踏まえた提案活動

  • 次回購入に向けた、顧客との継続的な関係維持
