Position Summary

Individual will work within a multi-disciplinary security team to support program efforts for the Wireless Intrusion Detection System (WIDS) and responding to events within facilities. The individual will be responsible for routinely patrolling assigned building(s) with handheld tools and complete written reports. Individuals will regularly interact with customers and collaborate with Program Management

  • Customer Service focused in a fast paced environment

  • Attention to detail while presenting a professional image.

  • Prepare, track, and maintain reports and metrics for program support

  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures

  • Complete and track program deliverables

  • Work and collaborate with management and engineering personnel

  • Develop and maintain relationships with various program stakeholders

Key Qualifications / Skills:

  • Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and may meet eligibility requirements, including U.S. Citizenship, for access to classified information; US DoD TS/SCI w/ Polygraph clearance level is required

  • A minimum of 6 years of business experience with proven experience in a technical field with a high school diploma.

  • High School Diploma with 6 - 8 years of experience or 4-6 with an Associates degree or 0-2 years of experience with a Bachelors degree.

  • Accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and resolve practical problems.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to deal effectively and tactfully with a wide variety of individuals in person, via telephone and in writing.

  • Must have strong multitasking skills.

  • Must have strong computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, interaction with customer portals.

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite; knowledge of MS SharePoint.

  • Federal / DoD contract experience is beneficial.

  • This position may require travel
