Heidelberg Materials is seeking an Administrative Assistant II to join our team in the Tyrone, GA area.

What You'll Get to Do

  • Handles vendor disputes and be the first line of communication between Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.

  • Data entry and material PO management.

  • Responsible for daily material reconciliation.

  • Fuel and raw materials inventory and reconciling.

  • Provide administrative support for Ready Mix Concrete Management.

  • Ensure accurate coding and consistency.

  • Research discrepancies within databases.

  • Conduct timely MEC activities, in a timely manner.

  • Provide assistance to other departments as needed.

What We Are Looking For

  • Ability to work as part of a team environment and being able to work independently as required.

  • Computer competency using MS Office: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.

  • Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.

  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus.

  • Ability to adapt to new systems.

  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task.

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Degree in relevant field or relevant work experience a plus.
