Predicate Logic is looking for a motivatedDCGS Intelligence Program Field Service Representative (FSR) at MCAGCC base in Twenty-Nine Palms, CA.

Predicate Logic also has offices in Chesapeake, Virginia, specializing in communications engineering, training, and Cybersecurity, and in Charleston, South Carolina, supporting the Navy and Marine Corps programs through Naval Information Warfare Center Charleston.

SECURITY CLEARANCE:

  • Applicant must be eligible for a Department of Defense (DoD) personnel security clearance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide Field Support Representative (FSR) services for DCGS family of systems for Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic (NIWC-A) C4ISR Sustainment program in direct support of U.S. Marine Systems Command (MARSYSCOM) Program Manager Intelligence Systems (PMIS) programs for all Marine components assigned to your geographical area.
  • Entering problem reports into Configuration Management Professional (CMPro).
  • Provide local commands support in upgrading and fielding of systems, software upgrades, Maintenance Instructions (MIs) and other system level support.
  • Provide on-site support for NIWC-Atlantic and MARSYSCOM Program Office as required.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Ten (10) years of hands-on experience in DoD Intelligence systems with preference of USMC Intelligence programs to include at least 3 of the following areas: System Requirements, Operational Requirements, Data Analysis, Test and Evaluation, and Training. Experience may be achieved simultaneously. Recognized expert who has demonstrated leadership in the USMC Intelligence programs.
  • Effectively communicated both written and oral to ensure program objectives are clearly convey to others and program level documentation is written clearly and technically correct.
  • Troubleshot and provided technical support to end users of USMC Intel products.
  • Loaded, configured, and troubleshot software and hardware issues.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Provided training to end users in the proper operations and maintenance of USMC Intel systems. This training could be over-the-should training in a one-on-one environment or a formal classroom environment with multiple students.
  • Submitted Problem Reports and updating them in a web hosted software tracking system.

EDUCATION:

  • High school diploma/GED, related Marine experience, or trade/industrial school graduate. Must be qualified as Cyber Security Work Force Information Assurance Technician (IAT 2). Minimal certification of CompTIA Security Plus - Continuous Education (CE).
