JCTM LLC Cyberspace Exercise Designer in Twentynine Palms, California
The Challenge:
Marine Corps Tactics and Operations Group’s (MCTOG’s) role is to optimize the ground combat element’s (GCE’s) preparation for, and performance in, the operational environment from its vantage point between the Fleet Marine Forces (FMF) and supporting establishment. What if you could use knowledge and experience with cyberspace exercise design to assist those efforts?
As a Cyberspace Exercise Designer on our team, you will assist in the product builds for all exercise support documents regarding offensive and defensive cyber operations. In addition, you will replicate adversary capabilities and counter actions to those friendly C5ISRT functions. Additionally, you will:
Create website architecture/framework for software and hardware requirements
Design, develop, and maintain exercise Social Media organization
Manage the shared drive
Design, develop, and maintain shared folders organization
Develop, refine, and maintain data management systems

Must Have:
TS/SCI Security Clearance
BA/BS degree in a related field
Experience in developing, integrating, maintaining and analyzing cyberspace integration efforts
Compensation & Benefits:
The salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $125,000 annually.
The listed salary range expresses what JCTM reasonably expects to pay an employee for this position. The specific salary the employee receives will be based off experience, education, location, clearance level (if applicable), and the specific government contract with which this position aligns (if applicable).

Clearance:
