Job Description

As a Structural Design Engineer, you will engage in conceptual, preliminary, and detailed designs of aircraft/spacecraft structural configuration layouts. Your role will involve creating components or portions of a functional system to develop or improve products and support manufacturing operations, integrating vehicle systems, and creating and releasing detailed 3D parts, assemblies, installations, and drawings. You will coordinate with various engineering stakeholders during the design, production, integration, test, delivery, and operation of air/space vehicles. Additionally, you will provide design engineering support by answering questions and requests from internal or external customers and prepare clear and concise reports that collect, analyze, and summarize information.

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 9 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Tustin, California and some days remote.

Work Environment

This is a contract position for 9 months or more. You will report to Tulin Kayir and work a straight 40-hour week, with no AWS, and must be able to work Pacific Time. The position is hybrid, requiring four days on-site and one day remote per week.
