Travel Medical Surgical Registered Nurse - 4 x 12-hour Nights

CTTX Health is currently seeking experienced and dedicated Medical Surgical Registered Nurses (RNs) with a preference for 12 hour night shifts for travel assignments. As a Travel Med Surg RN, you will have the opportunity to work in various healthcare settings and locations, providing direct patient care and contributing to the well-being of patients during the night shift.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, medication administration, and documentation during the night shift.

  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.

  • Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions, particularly during the night when patient acuity may be higher.

  • Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans during the night shift.

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical-surgical nursing.

  • BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.

  • Excellent clinical skills and ability to handle a diverse patient population.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to adapt to new environments and work independently.

  • Flexibility to travel and work in different healthcare settings.

  • Availability to work 12-hour night shifts.
