Il sito di Piossasco (TO) è leader nella progettazione e produzione di apparecchi per il controllo del freno, nei quali elettronica, software e pneumatica interagiscono strettamente. Collaborerai strettamente con i KAM e con il Tender team.

Come farai la differenza?

Nel ruolo di Sales Specialist sarai responsabile della gestione, sviluppo e mantenimento dei Clienti e del consolidamento del business sulla base dei budget prefissati.

Come sarà la tua giornata tipo?

  • Sviluppa strategie commerciali adeguate a proporre ai Clienti beni e servizi volti a incrementare il fatturato.

  • Comprende la struttura dei propri Clienti e sulla base del proprio portafoglio di prodotti ne guida la promozione in base alle loro esigenze

  • Conosce e anticipa le esigenze dei Clienti e propone prodotti, servizi e soluzioni in grado di soddisfare tali esigenze

  • Visita periodicamente i Clienti e riporta informazioni relative a pianificazioni preventive di attività produttive e/o di offerta

  • Affianca il tender team per la validazione dei dati tecnici/economici di offerta e delle appraisal delle offerte in corso

  • Analizza i contratti con attenzione alle Terms & Conditions in accordo alle policy di Gruppo

  • Partecipa a incontri tra i responsabili delle decisioni dei Clienti e dell’azienda

  • Partecipa alle negoziazioni con i Clienti

  • Cura il reporting commerciale verso il Gruppo di queste opportunità

  • Assicura ed incrementa le vendite il base al Product Portfolio del Gruppo Wabtec

Cosa vogliamo sapere di te?

  • Almeno 3/4 anni di esperienza nel settore commerciale, primo impianto e area after market

  • Esperienza in un’azienda manifatturiera strutturata (idealmente settore ferroviario)

  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese

  • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto MS Office e SalesForce

  • Capacità negoziale e relazionale

  • Ottima comunicazione interpersonale e carisma
